Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer."

The affidavit states that Ralphene Brudos admitted to Eileen Brudos that she had her son, Jerome H, Brudos removed from the property at 3123 Center St. N.E. prior to the police sealing off the residence.
