Henry Omar Brisbon dubbed the I-57 killer.  Brisbon is also known for stabbing serial killer John Wayne Gacy while the two were housed on death row in Menard, IL

8 1/2" x 11" three page handwritten letter hand dated August 26, 2012 and hand signed at the close, Omar. 
Brisbon has included his original copy of a newspaper article with a photo of him entering Tamm, headline reads, "Why Tamms was built." 
On the far left side, Brisbon has handwritten, "Southern Illinoisian 8-22-12.
