Herbert William Mullin was an American serial killer born on April 18, 1947 who operated in Santa Cruz, CA. 
Mullin was serving life in prison for 13 murders which he says he committed to prevent further natural disasters.  Mullin died of natural causes on August 18, 2022.
 
Two separate writings both signed by Mullin.
The first is a 3" x 4 1/2" writing titled Energy of Motion and hand signed on the back, H.W. Mullin.
 
The second is 2" x 3 1/4" E Spaces hand signed, H.W. Mullin.
3 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 11" white headed eagle hand dated and hand signed, H.W. Mullin 2/20/2000.
