Hope A. Rippey one of four young girls convicted in the torture murder of 12 year old, Shanda Sharer. Hope poured gasoline on Shanda Sharer and helped the other girls in terrorizing, kidnapping, beating and strangling of Shanda Sharer. Rippey was paroled from prison in 2006.
