Howard Milton Belcher African American gay basher serial killer.  Convicted for the murders of Matthew Abney and Mark Schaller and a suspect in at least three other Georgia murders including; Artilles McKinney and Leroy Tyler. 
Recent reports are that Belcher is in failing health most likely due to HIV.
