James Edward Ruzicka a Washington state predator deemed to be a "sexual psychopath" after he attacked two Seattle women. Ruzicka escaped Western State Hospital, raped and strangled two teenage girls, one whose body he hid and the other he hung from a tree. Ruzicka fled to Oregon where he was later arrested after committing another rape.
