Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer."
 
8 1/2" x 14" two page affidavit for Richard W. Pond dated May 22, 1971 and hand signed, Richard A.Pond with "Exhibit B" handwritten at the top.

The affidavit states that Ralphene Brudos picked up ammunition cans which her husband Jerry Brudos left at their residence. It goes on to state that Mr. Pond was personally present when Brudos (during his incarceration) asked his wife if she wanted a divorce who responded, No. That she wanted to help him.
 
All of the Brudos property and personal items we are currently offering were obtained directly from his family.
