Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer."
 
8 1/2" x 11" Certificate of Apprecation presented to Brudos by the Master's Men Bible Club Oregon State Penitentiary Embossed Men's BIble Club stamp on the bottom right. Dated January 3, 1984 and hand signed by the president and the Secretary of the OSP Men's Bible Club.
 
This certificate was in Jerry’s property when he passed away in 2006.
