Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer."
 
2 3/4" x  5 1/8" Physician"s Pass dated December 7-14, 2003 allowing Brudos to use the elevator. The front is hand signed by medical staff.

The back is full of Brudos' handwriting.
