John Wayne Gacy aka the "Killer Clown" and "Pogo the Clown" was a Des Plaines, Illinois serial killer convicted of 33 murders executed by the state of Illinois via lethal injection on May 10, 1994.

This brick is from Gacy's 8213 W. Summerdale Ave. home with Gacy's personal check #425 which appears to have been hand signed and affixed next to a younger photo of Gacy.
