John Wayne Gacy book owned in county jail titled, 'Transformed Transexual’ which was given to him by Perry Desmond weeks after his arrest.
Gacy received and owned this book while he was awaiting and on trial.
 
Author Perry Desmond has inscribed the inside front page to Gacy with a handwritten inscription and hand signed, "To John May the Lord keep his hands on you - Love you in him. Perry Desmond 1979, PS John 3:16.”
