Joseph Fischer serial killer who died in 1991 while serving life in prison only months after being featured on America's Most Wanted. Fischer was sentenced for murders in Oklahoma and New York. Fischer is suspected of murders in several states including New Mexico, Arizona, Connecticut, Maine, etc. with a body count upwards of 40 or more victims. Two page handwritten letter on which the first page was cut by the original owner to fit into a photo album.
