Lawrence Bittaker serial killer dubbed the "Toolbox Killer.” Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life.

The card opens up to 4" x 18" and reads, "Just a Little Card To Say"
At the bottom you pull down the arrow and the man's eyes change and his tongue comes out and reads, "Happy Birthday!"
