Lawrence Bittaker was a serial killer dubbed the "Toolbox Killer.” Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life. Bittaker passed away on December 13, 2019.
 
8 1/2" x 11" one page typed letter from a woman who reached out to Bittaker claiming that she was working on a school project. She goes on to include five pages of questions which Bittaker declined to sign and instead sent her letter and quetions to a longtime trusted friend.
Only one page of her questions appears in the scans. There are a total of six pages included.
