Lawrence Bittaker serial killer dubbed the "Murder Mack" and "Toolbox Killer.” Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life.

The 2nd page includes a handwritten notation in red ink by Bittaker, "see further info, attached."
Includes a two  page appeal which is typed signed by the Warden and hand signed by his designee. Bittaker has handwritten to the right of the signature "Rec'd 12/10/90."
