Ottis Toole was the sidekick of Henry Lee Lucas, a convicted killer and self procliamed serial killer who is believed to have murdered Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood, Florida shopping center in 1981.

8 1/2" x 11" four page handwritten letter penned by Toole. 
The letter is hand signed at the close, Ottis Toole, with 3 pages of inserts included by Ottis.

Includes the original prison stamped envelope postmarked January 24, 1990 completely penned by Ottis and hand signed, Ottis Toole.
