Ottis Toole dead cannibal serial killer. Believed to have murdered Adam Walsh who disappeared from a Hollywood shopping center in 1981. 

8 1/2" x 14" hand tracings which are titled on the top by another prisoner, "The Hands of Death."  Toole has hand signed and dated this on the bottom center, Ottis Elwood Toole April 4, 1993.
There is a small piece missing from the top center with very, very slight discoloration on the top from where the original owner had framed this piece.
