Donald "Pee Wee" Gaskins serial killer dubbed "The Meanest Man in America". Gaskins was convicted of 9 murders, and claimed to have killed a total of 110 people. Gaskins was executed by the State of South Carolina on September 6, 1991.

Includes the original prison mailed envelope with a cut portion on the left side beneath Gaskins name and return addres where the recipient cut out a drawing Gaskins did on the envelope before including it in a scrapbook. The drawing has been returned to the original envelope and is included with this letter.
