Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019.

Six page letter from a female named Sally who writes an introductory letter and goes on to include multiple pages of questions. No wonder Jablonski did not respond and instead autographed the top of the first page before sending it on to a trusted friend.
