Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer."
 
Two 8 1/2" x 11" affidavits for Richard Pond and Arlene Pond both dated June 10, 1983. Richard Pond was a friend of Jerry's going back to high school.
Both affidavits state that they would like to help Jerry get visitation with his children.
