Richard Ramirez serial killer dubbed the Night Stalker.  He died of cancer at the age of 53 on June 7, 2013 while awaiting execution on California's death row.

Includes a handwritten note from his widow, Doreen Ramirez who writes, "I certify this is an authentic wind breaker worn by Richard Ramirez in San Quentin State Prison in 1994." Hand signed, Doreen Ramirez.
