Richard Ramirez serial killer dubbed the Night Stalker.  He died of cancer at the age of 53 on June 7, 2013 while awaiting execution on California's death row.

Original prison owned stinger used to heat up water, soups, or whatever Ramirez might have been heating while on death row. This was sent by Ramirez to his wife, Doreen, who later sold off the property he gave her.
Includes a handwritten COA from his widow. stating that the stinger was used and owned by Ramirez on death row which is hand signed, Doreen Ramirez.
