Ricardo Leyva Munoz Ramirez known as Richard Ramirez aka "The Night Stalker" was an American serial killer, burglar and rapist who terrorized California and committed at least 14 murders between June of 1984 until his capture in August of 1985. Ramirez died while awaiting execution on California's death row.
 
8 1/2" x 11" handwritten double-sided letter hand dated January 31, 2001 which was sent to a woman close to Richard who would also visit him in prison.
The letter includes some excellent content, more than most Ramirez letters.
