Ronald Joseph "Butch" Defeo Jr. is an American mass murderer who was convicted of the 1974 murders of his parents and siblings in their 112 Ocean Avenue home in Amityville, Long Island, New York.  The case inspired the book and movie, The Amityville Horror. Defeo died on March 12, 2021 while serving life in prison.

Two page handwritten letter with lots of sex content! Defeo writes about the size of his penis and what he plans to do with it. At the close of the letter he thanks her for the sex and foreplay. Hand signed at the close, "Forever Yours" Love Always, Butch.

Includes the original prison stamped envelope signed twice, "Ronnie Defeo."
There is some writing on the back which appears to have been penned by his wife.
