William George "Bill" Bonin aka "The Freeway Killer" was an American serial killer executed by the state of California on February 23, 1996. 

8 1/2" x 11" two  page typed letter dated July 11, 1994 which was sent by Bonin to his co-defendant James Michael Munro.
Hand hand signed at the close, As ever, Bill.
Includes the original mailing envelope postmarked July 1994 with a vintage San Quentin State Prison stamp on the front. The envelope has been completely handwritten by Bonin and is hand signed, Bill Bonin.
