Winston Moseley was a serial killer who killed at least three women and was most know for having been convicted of stalking, raping and murdering Catherine "Kitty" Genovese outside of her apartment building in Kew Gardens, New York City on March 13, 1964. Moseley died in prison on March 28, 2016.
