Howard Milton Belcher serial killer who thanked the judge for the death penalty before his trial even began. 8 1/2" x 11" original store offender receipt dated October 17, 2006. Belcher has written, "We go to store every Tuesday. That's only if we have money. We can only spend $60 dollars. But I must than you, you are appreciated. This is to show you what I brought (sic) with the money you sent me. They ran out of manilla (sic) big envelopes. So, I have to jail continue to mail the pictures I drew for you. We can only buy one pen at a time. I spent most of the money on stamps. They always take one dollar off our account every month. I only have $1.39 left on my books. Thank you for taking me serious, . Cause I don't play games."
