Kenneth McDuff Top Portion of Envelope Signed

Kenneth Allen McDuff was sentenced to death in the 1960's. He had his death sentence overturned, was eventually paroled from prison. Upon his release he began a string of killings for which he was again sentenced to death. McDuff was executed by the State of Texas in 1998.
