Ronald Joseph "Butch" Defeo Jr. is an American mass murderer who was convicted of the 1974 murders of his parents and siblings in their 112 Ocean Avenue home in Amityville, Long Island, New York.  The case is what inspired the book and movie, The Amityville Horror.

8" x 10" print on photo paper of a painting titled "High Hopes" depicting his family home in Amityville, NY where in 1974 the murders of his parents, two brothers and two sisters took place. The case inspired several Amityville Horror movies and books.
