Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection by the state of Florida on October 9, 2002.  4" x 4” first generation photo produced from the original Polaroid taken with her childhood friend, Dawn Botkins while Wuornos was awaiting execution on Florida's death row at the Broward Correctional Institution.
