Charles Chitat Ng torture serial killer who along with Leonard Lake committed between 11 and 25 torture murders in a remote cabin 150 miles east of San Francisco, California. Lake committed suicide when taken into custody and Ng is currently dreaming up ways to get his hands on some egg-rolls as he awaits his execution. 8 1/2" x 11" drawing of a tiger sent by Ng to a friend while he was in Canada fighting extradition to the US.
