Charles Ng (born 1960) is a Hong Kong-born American serial killer who, alongside accomplice Leonard Lake, was responsible for a series of kidnappings, torture, and murders in California during the 1980s. The pair operated from a remote property in Wilseyville, where investigators uncovered evidence linked to multiple victims.
