Charles Ng torture serial killer who along with Leonard Lake committed between 11 and 25 torture murders in a remote cabin 150 miles east of San Francisco, California. Lake committed suicide when taken into custody and Ng is currently dreaming up ways to get his hands on some egg-rolls as he awaits his execution.  Greeting card on which Ng has written the recipients' name on the front.  On the inside he has drawn a woman with wings who appears to be levitating on clouds and signed, Charles Ng.
