Charles Chitat Ng torture serial killer who along with Leonard Lake committed between 11 and 25 torture murders in a remote cabin 150 miles east of San Francisco, California. Lake committed suicide when taken into custody and Ng was sentenced to death. 8 1/2" x 11" four page handwritten letter hand dated October 17, 2003 and hand signed at the close, Charles. Includes an original handmade Dove origami made by Ng on death row with an envelope that includes a handwritten note on the front to the recipient.
