David Berkowitz is an American serial killer dubbed the Son of Sam and the .44 Caliber Killer. Berkowitz pled guilty to 8 shootings and is serving life in prison. 8 1/2" x 11" two  page typed letter dated January 12, 1998 and hand signed at the close, David Berkowitz. Berkowitz has included two inserts. The first is an 8 1/2" x 11" tri-folded Eternal Life Insurance ad and a flyer on how to make heaven your home. Includes the original prison stamped and issued envelope postmarked January  13, 1988.
