Dennis Lynn Rader is an American serial killer known as Wichita Kansas' "Bind Torture Kill" aka "BTK" who was convicted of 10 murders which occurred between 1974 and 1991.  4" x 6" handmade Valentine's Day card hand dated February 9, 2012 which opens up to 9" x 6" hand signed three times on the inside with a hand drawn heart, Den, Dennis, and DLR.
