Dorothea Puente the late notorious landlady who ran a boarding house for elderly tenants out of her victorian style home in Sacramento, CA. Puente was known as a sweet looking, grandmotherly woman who was eventually convicted of killer her tenants and burying them in her backyard. She died in prison on March 27, 2011. 4" x 9" artwork of a mouse and flowers hand dated and hand signed on the front, Puente 2000.  Blank on the inside.
