Fernando Eros Caro was a serial killer who died in January 2017 while on San Quentin’s Death Row. A few years before, Caro had been linked to another cold case and remains a suspect in other cases. Caro was considered one of the more talented death row artists on California's death row. 9 3/4" x 13 1/4" painting of a Native American on a horse. Hand signed on the bottom front, Fernando E.
