Henry Lee Lucas was an American serial killer whose death sentence was commuted to life by then Texas Governor George W Bush. Lucas sometimes committed crimes with deceased cannibal, Ottis Elwood Toole. The duo confessed to hundreds of murders and claimed to be part of the Hand Of Death cult. 1 1/2" x 9 1/2" top portion of an original envelope mailed while Lucas was on death row. Postmarked N.
