Joseph Fischer was an American serial killer who died in 1991 while serving life in prison only months after being featured on America's Most Wanted. Fischer was sentenced for murders in Oklahoma and New York. He is also suspected of murders in several states including New Mexico, Arizona, Connecticut, Maine, etc. with a body count upwards of more than 40 victims.Two page handwritten letter, hand signed, Fish.
